Boasting many positive changes the most proud being our recent award for 2 AA Rosettes for culinary excellence.To add to our achievements we have also been awarded top marks of 5 Stars for our food hygiene.The food and service is without a doubt the best we have ever offered at Browns, but please don’t take our word, for it come and see for yourself.

'MEET THE TEAM'
Our head chef Martin Lovell has now re - joined us after a short sabbatical. He will head up our kitchen team that has had some new blood injected into it and we are very excited with the new menu ideas that Martin and his team are putting together.

We are also delighted that Saverio Buchicchio MIHhas come on board with us as our new restaurant manager. Saverio brings with him a lifetime's experience in the hospitality industry and can boast being 'Waiter of the Year' amongst his many achievements including being a fellow member of the academy of food & wine service. Saverio will be working with the team introducing a number of new systems and techniques to take our service quality to another level entirely. His knowledge on the wine side will also be a major asset for our customers.

'EXPRESS LUNCH MENUS'  - 2 courses for £11.95 Or 3 courses for £14.95.
This menu is available at lunchtime Tuesday to Saturday only 12 noon to 2.30pm.These will change regularly (sometimes daily). Our normal a la carte menu and specials will of course be available at Lunchtime as well.
